Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to ibwatch, including the dashboard, subscriptions, IB account integrations, Telegram automation, trader verification workflows, and public guide content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IBWatch, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, or anyone you authorize to use your workspace.

IBWatch is intended for business and professional use by introducing brokers, trading communities, signal teams, and related operators. You must be legally permitted to operate the business or community you connect to IBWatch.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate IB account, broker, Telegram, billing, and trader verification information.
  • Keep IB credentials, Telegram bot tokens, passwords, and API credentials confidential.
  • Use IBWatch only with accounts, bots, channels, and communities you are authorized to manage.
  • Comply with broker terms, Telegram policies, payment provider rules, privacy laws, anti-spam rules, and all applicable laws.
  • Obtain any notices, consents, or permissions required before submitting trader or affiliate information to IBWatch.

4. Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

IBWatch may offer free and paid plans with limits such as trader capacity, IB accounts, Telegram bots, team access, or other features. Plan details and prices may change over time.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another payment provider. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

If your usage exceeds your plan limits, IBWatch may pause certain actions, restrict additional trader verification, show upgrade notices, or require a plan change before continuing.

5. Broker, Telegram, and Third-Party Integrations

IBWatch integrates with third-party services such as Telegram, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, and supported broker or partner APIs. These services are not controlled by IBWatch, and their availability, accuracy, policies, pricing, and outages are their responsibility.

Trader verification results depend on data returned by supported broker or partner APIs and on the information you or your traders provide. IBWatch does not guarantee that broker APIs will always be available, accurate, complete, or unchanged.

6. Telegram Communities and Trader Access

You are responsible for your Telegram bots, channels, groups, menu content, invite links, community rules, and any decisions about admitting, removing, or communicating with traders. IBWatch provides automation tools but does not manage your community on your behalf.

7. Public Guides and Content

Public guides, videos, documentation, and other learning materials are provided for general information and onboarding. They may become outdated as IBWatch, Telegram, brokers, or third-party services change. You should verify important operational steps before relying on them.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use IBWatch to:

  • violate laws, regulations, broker rules, Telegram policies, payment provider rules, or third-party rights;
  • submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawfully obtained personal information;
  • spam, harass, deceive, or exploit traders or Telegram users;
  • attempt to bypass plan limits, billing controls, authentication, or security controls;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or attack the service;
  • share credentials, tokens, or access in a way that compromises security.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to IBWatch if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, failed to pay fees, exceeded limits in a disruptive way, submitted unlawful data, or used the platform in a way that could harm IBWatch, users, traders, partners, or third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

IBWatch, including its software, design, branding, workflows, documentation, and content, is owned by IBWatch or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms. You retain responsibility for content and data you submit to the platform.

11. Disclaimers

IBWatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, broker API availability, Telegram availability, verification accuracy, payment provider availability, or any specific business result.

IBWatch is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and compliance obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBWatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, Telegram community access, or broker-related outcomes.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold IBWatch harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, your Telegram communities, your trader communications, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of IBWatch after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
